CHILCANO

This cocktail is light, bubbly, and easy to drink, perfect for cooling off.

  • 2 oz (60 ml) of pisco (Quebranta or Acholado are excellent options)
  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) de jugo de limón Tahití recién exprimido
  • 4-5 oz (120-150 ml) Ginger Ale (or to taste)
  • 2-3 drops of Angostura bitters (optional, but recommended)
  • Ice
  • 1 slice of Tahitian lemon for garnish
  • 1 sprig of mint or peppermint for garnish (optional)
  1. Chill the glass: In a tall glass (highball type), place plenty of ice.
  2. Add the liquids: Pour the pisco and Tahiti lemon juice directly over the ice.
  3. Complete: Fill the glass with Ginger Ale.
  4. Aromatizes: Add the drops of Angostura bitters if using.
  5. Decorate Stir gently with a bar spoon and garnish with the Tahiti lemon wedge and mint sprig.
