PIE DE LIMÓN

  • 1 pie crust (pre-baked)
  • 1 cup of Tahiti lemon juice
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 3 yolks
  • 3 egg whites (for the meringue)
  • ½ cup of sugar
  1. Mix the lemon juice, condensed milk, and egg yolks. Pour into the pre-baked crust.
  2. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the sugar little by little.
  4. Place the meringue on top, form peaks and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
