
INGREDIENTES
- 1 pie crust (pre-baked)
- 1 cup of Tahiti lemon juice
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 3 yolks
- 3 egg whites (for the meringue)
- ½ cup of sugar
PREPARACIÓN
- Mix the lemon juice, condensed milk, and egg yolks. Pour into the pre-baked crust.
- Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the sugar little by little.
- Place the meringue on top, form peaks and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
